Each year Southern Outdoor Cinema travels to hundreds of different locations around the South to produce outdoor movie events. Often our road trips take us to many beautiful towns, cities and unique spots. Our crew would love to share these experiences with you. Now through Periscope we will.
What is Periscope? It is a new social media app that lets users broadcast live and interact with viewers in real time. Broadcasting and viewing can only be done through a phone.
If you can’t catch a live broadcast, Periscope makes them available for 24 hours until they expire.
Follow the steps below to get started with Periscope:
- Download the free Periscope app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Login using your Twitter or your phone number.
- Create your Periscope profile name.
- Click on the magnifying glass in top left corner to search for and follow @sOutdoorCinema
- Allow notifications. You will receive a notification every time we do a broadcast. Enjoy
